Abigail Is Walking

Abigail began walking on her baptismal birthday, Sept. 6, 2010. She took about 15 steps across the room. She has been regularly walking, but still has some balance issues. Today, Sept. 10th I counted her walking 32 steps. Mommy and Daddy are very proud of Abigail and this big accomplishment in her life.

Christmas Pictures and Thanksgiving

Abigail had her Christmas pictures taken last Saturday. She did very well. She was smiley and a good baby for the whole sitting. She got a little fussy when Mom and Dad took too long deciding which pictures to keep for Christmas cards, etc. It was a good experience at JC Penny's.

Tomorrow is the day before Thanksgiving. Kara, Abigail and me are heading up to Grandma and Grandpa Nelson's for Abigail's first Thanksgiving. We are really looking forward to getting away and spending time with family for Thanksgiving. Shelly, Phil, James, and Alex will be there as well as Gina. Becky, John, Alec, Austin, and Caleb plan to drive down from Mondovi area in WI to visit and have dinner with us on Sat. We plan to make a trip up to Grandma and Grandpa Huehn's after the New Year.

Abigail continues to grow like a week. She is wearing some 9 month sleepers now. It's amazing to see the changes in her every day. We love our little Abigail. She is a precious gift from God!

Abigail Grace Huehn This Week

Abigail just started to notice her hands and fingers. She stares at them often. It's so neat to see her start to notice things about herself. She is smily and has started to recently blow bubbles. She is sleeping well at night. Last night she slept 10 hours straight. We love our little girl!
